Flash was a favorite program, always liked to work and create new projects in Flash. Action Script, Time-lines, Key Frames and Motion Tweens, all fun stuff.
Flash was a major asset in my toolbet, up until a few years ago. I still like to use the program, but find myseld going to more relevant, design software tools like google web designer or adobe animate. I think the most light-weight and quick to pick-up solution, if you like html and css, is JavaScript Library, jQuery.

When utilizing an Ad Plattform or Trafficking System or Solution, Google doubleClick Studio mght be used for tracking and link tagging. If that is the case, which most do, Googles Web Designer might be perfect as it breaks up the much needed assets and configurations into smaller files. This is why I like the HTML, CSS and jQuery route.
